Project Manager - Hart Area

Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

• Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation to closure.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Facilitate communication and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing project execution.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise (e.g., Agile, Lean).
• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
