Business Analyst

* Local to Grand Rapids, MI preferred for hybrid schedule*

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support an exciting Ship-to-Home fulfillment initiative
. This role will help shape how online orders are routed and fulfilled by translating business needs into clear requirements, analyzing data, and partnering with product, technology, and business teams to improve the customer experience.

• Gather and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  .
• Partner with Product, IT, UX, Operations, Merchandising, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize new fulfillment capabilities.
• Analyze data and reporting to identify opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and support roadmap and design decisions
  .
• Define analytics and reporting needs, partnering with BI and data teams to ensure accurate and meaningful insights.
• Help document and improve order routing, fulfillment, inventory, and returns processes
  .
• Support solution design, testing, and UAT to ensure delivered functionality meets business needs.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions, bring structure to complex problems, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Monitor performance after launch and use data to identify issues, opportunities, and potential improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into clear, actionable documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to answer business questions and make recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
  SQL or Power BI experience is a plus
  .
• Experience working with technology teams in an Agile environment;
  Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or UAT experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Experience in retail, supply chain, fulfillment, e-commerce, or order management is a plus.
