Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Crew Lead located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Crew Lead will oversee and participate construction projects, manage team activities, delegate tasks, and ensure project timelines are met with a focus on safety and quality. Responsibilities include running daily operations, maintaining communication between team members and management, conducting safety and quality inspections, and addressing any on-site challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to motivate and manage a crew
• Proficiency in construction techniques, project management, and site supervision
• Understanding of safety protocols and quality standards in construction
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick and informed decisions
• Previous experience in a construction setting is preferred
• Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and materials
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management or a related field are a plus
• ability to obtain a cdl
• ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently .
