Assistant Project Manager

Our long track record is built on strong teams and clear communication. As a Project Engineer, you will support Project Managers by helping organize plans, track paperwork, and keep projects moving. Ideal candidates will be comfortable with tasks such as:

• Reviewing plans and scopes
• Preparing bid invitations and bidder lists
• Distributing plans, addenda, and documentation
• Managing RFIs and bidder communication
• Building bid tabs and submittal logs
• Attending walkthroughs and documenting site conditions

• Maintaining contact lists
• Assisting with schedules
• Reviewing and routing submittals
• Tracking overdue items
• Helping manage RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes
• Taking progress photos
• Helping prepare owner reports
• Coordinating with inspectors
• Assisting with punch lists

• Preparing closeout logs
• Compiling O&M manuals and as-built information

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to travel as needed
• Ability to pass a drug screening
