This role is ideal for detail-oriented problem solvers who enjoy teamwork and want to grow their career in construction management with a stable, well-respected contractor.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdeal candidates will be comfortable with tasks such as:
Pre-Construction- Reviewing plans and scopes
- Preparing bid invitations and bidder lists
- Distributing plans, addenda, and documentation
- Managing RFIs and bidder communication
- Building bid tabs and submittal logs
- Attending walkthroughs and documenting site conditions
- Maintaining contact lists
- Assisting with schedules
- Reviewing and routing submittals
- Tracking overdue items
- Helping manage RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes
- Taking progress photos
- Helping prepare owner reports
- Coordinating with inspectors
- Assisting with punch lists
- Preparing closeout logs
- Compiling O&M manuals and as-built information
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to pass a drug screening
