Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Project Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast‑paced environment in the construction industry where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects. You will coordinate with various teams, manage manpower, ensure the project is on schedule, and liaise with subcontractors.

This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency that our company is known for.

Responsibilities

Oversee all stages of the project life cycle and ensure that all activities are carried out according to plan.

Prepare and deliver 4‑week look‑aheads to manage project expectations and ensure smooth operations.

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors effectively to ensure their tasks are completed to our standard and on time.

Lead and manage crews, ensuring that they are well‑coordinated and working efficiently.

Allocate manpower strategically to various tasks and projects, ensuring optimal productivity.

Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

Identify potential issues or delays in the project and find effective solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

Proven experience in managing crews, subcontractor management, scheduling, and manpower allocation.

Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.

Exceptional leadership and team‑management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.

Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.

A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
