Estimator – Commercial Construction

We are a fast‑growing general contractor based in Michigan that specializes in commercial construction, including automotive dealerships, large industrial buildings, hospitality renovations, and more.

Position:
Estimator
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year

As an Estimator, you will prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, collaborate with project teams, and support bidding and procurement processes.

• Experience as an Estimator at a general contractor.
• Experience with commercial construction projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
