Job Summary

Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year.

This role requires you to fully own construction projects from start to finish without heavy oversight. Projects focus on sports and recreation, municipal, non‑profit, office, and select education‑related buildings—excluding industrial, multifamily, or heavy residential projects.
Typical project size is roughly $5M–$20M, with acceptable experience ranging from about $1M–$40M. Project durations typically run from 6 months to 1.5 years.
The ideal candidate can manage $10M projects from soup to nuts, handle all scopes, and thrive in a lean PM model.
QualificationsExperience:
- 4+ years of construction project management (PM), associate project manager (APM), or professional engineer (PE) experience.
- Experience with a General Contractor and readiness to step fully into a PM seat.

- Procore
- Scheduling
- Cost control
- Subcontractor buyout/management
- Construction documents
- Safety leadership
- Bluebeam
- Excel

Additional helpful experience: repeat‑client work, networking/business development, healthcare or higher‑education exposure, and community involvement.
