Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial projects. This role is with a long-standing general contractor known for delivering high-quality construction management services across education, commercial, healthcare, and community sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day jobsite operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment delivery.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain compliance with building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed daily logs.
• Communicate progress and resolve issues with project managers, architects, and clients.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision. K12 exp is a plus
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage schedules.
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.
• OSHA certification preferred.
