Construction Superintendent - Healthcare & Commercial Construction
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects in the healthcare/medical and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety standards, and delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial superintendent experience
- Healthcare/medical construction experience preferred
- Ground-up and renovation project experience
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills
