• Full onsite leadership from pre-con through closeout
• Directing field teams, subcontractors, and daily operations
• Driving schedule, sequencing, and jobsite performance
• Managing relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners
• Controlling quality, safety, and cost execution
• Leading complex, phased construction in active environments
• Making decisions that keep projects moving — not waiting on them

This role is for a Superintendent who:

• Has 5+ years leading projects in the field and knows how to command a jobsite
• Thrives in complex, multi-phase or occupied environments
• Doesn’t need hand-holding — but expects trust and accountability
• Solves problems fast, communicates clearly, and pushes work forward
• Wants more than "just another project" — and is ready to prove it
