Steel Erector

Join our team to assist in the erection of structural steel and pre-engineered metal buildings, including tasks such as steel installation, roofing, siding, insulation, and other related construction activities. Collaborate safely within a crew to complete commercial building projects efficiently.

Assist with steel installation and erection of pre-engineered metal buildings.

Participate in roofing, siding, and insulation activities.

Ensure all construction work complies with safety regulations.

Collaborate effectively with crew members to achieve project goals.

Experience with pre-engineered metal and steel erection.

Comfort with working at heights.

Previous construction, steel erection, or metal building experience is preferred but not required.

Experience operating construction equipment and aerial work platforms is preferred but not required.

OSHA training or other applicable construction safety certifications are a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
