Senior Superintendent
A highly respected Michigan commercial general contractor is seeking a senior level Superintendent to lead large-scale high-rise multifamily projects.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ground-up multifamily construction along with experience leading high-rise projects of 12+ stories.

- Experience serving as the lead Superintendent on large projects
- Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, subcontractor coordination, quality, and safety
- Ability to manage complex projects and keep field operations moving
- Strong communication and leadership skills
This person will be responsible for day-to-day field leadership on major multifamily projects, including subcontractor coordination, schedule management, quality control, safety, inspections, and overall site operations.
The company is looking for someone who can take ownership of a project while also working well with the Project Manager, project team, and subcontractors.
