Construction Project Manager
Grand Rapids, MI, US
Job DescriptionExperience: Mid Level
Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year
- Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project quality and safety standards.
- Monitor progress and proactively address any challenges or changes in scope.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Experience:
5+ years in project management, preferably in drywall, acoustical ceilings, or interior construction. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required). - Skills:
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or Bluebeam is a plus. - Certifications:
OSHA 30-hour preferred.
