We’re looking for an Inside Sales / Customer Service professional to manage project orders from intake through shipment while delivering excellent customer support.
What You’ll Do- Process and manage project orders for jobsite and distributor delivery
- Prepare job documentation, submittals, and Job Summary sheets
- Track orders to ensure on-time shipment and expedite when needed
- Resolve order issues and handle RGAs
- Partner with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and profitability
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple orders
- Calm, professional approach to problem-solving
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
