Job Opportunity

Purpose:

We are seeking a hard-working, self-motivated individual to join our team at Mixed Employment Partners. Our goal is to foster a collaborative and diverse workforce where dedication and initiative drive excellence in achieving our organizational objectives. Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving incoming calls from current and prospective new customers, accurate and timely order entry and processing, providing information to customers as it relates to their account or orders, suggestive selling and professional problem solving in a manner that is fiscally responsible. Incumbents are also responsible for efficiently managing their time in a manner that generates to contact customers to generate additional sales and maintain accurate contact information.

Requirements:
High School Diploma, Two year degree in business or related field is helpful, Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus.
