Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities
