Qualifications & Must Haves
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to receive and express detailed information through oral and written communications
  • Welcoming personality to greet customers
  • At least 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience, strong personality skills, and basic computer skills
Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, accurate service by assisting members with routine transactions and inquiries, and offering information on credit union products and services to support an exceptional branch experience.
  • Perform member transactions accurately using the CBX system, responding to member questions, concerns, and requests for assistance in a friendly, professional, and solution-focused manner.
  • Provide information on credit union products and services, including basic knowledge of loans, business accounts, and fiduciary accounts, actively process member checks and maintain a cash drawer or pod, accurately balance funds received and disbursed throughout the workday.
  • Process member transaction requests such as credit card advances, money orders, and cashier’s checks in accordance with credit union procedures, collaborating with internal departments to research, resolve and follow up on member issues as needed to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Provide frontline support at other branch locations as needed to ensure adequate staffing and service coverage, participate in CWCU‑endorsed community events to support the organization’s public presence, and perform other duties as assigned.
Interview Process

Virtual interview with Reya, phone screen with Hiring Manager, and one final onsite interview with Hiring Manager at branch location.
