The Salvation Army USA Central Territory in Grand Rapids is seeking a Welcome Desk Associate to deliver world class customer service and handle POS transactions. You will greet visitors, respond to emails, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years of customer service experience, proficient computer skills, and the ability to comply with laws and maintain confidentiality. Spanish preferred;
First Aid/CPR/AED within 30 days is required.
