We are looking to fill multiple openings for both part time and full time for customer service positions in our locations throughout Grand Rapids and Lowell

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Provide world class customer service by building quality relationships with customers and following up on all customer requests and concerns in a timely manner

Informing and selling customers on Curtis Cleaners products and services

Retrieve customer orders

Operate computer and POS charge system while maintaining the upkeep of store appearance.

You should be organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks with meticulous care to detail.

We offer paid training to start and no experience is required but the willingness to learn is expected.
