Live Nation Entertainment is hiring an usher for GLC Live at 20 Monroe in Grand Rapids, MI. As part of the Guest Services team, you will greet guests, provide information and directions, assist with problems, and monitor ticket access points during events.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, be able to work holidays/weekends, and be comfortable standing 6-8 hours. Shifts are typically 5:00pm–midnight on weekdays.
