SWIVEL is seeking a Customer Success Manager to report to the Director of Customer Success. The CSM will drive adoption, minimize implementation risk, and identify expansion opportunities within customers.
You will work with Product and Sales teams to increase utilization and reduce churn, while mentoring junior staff and staying ahead of industry trends. Essential duties include leveraging CRM tools, building success plans, and delivering data-driven reviews to leadership.
