Order Entry - CSR Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 45,000.00 / annually
• First Shift

• Enter customer orders accurately into the order management system
• Respond to customer questions regarding order status, shipping timelines, availability, and product options
• Check inventory and provide accurate updates to customers
• Prepare basic quotes for woven products using simple math and established guidelines
• Coordinate with production and internal teams to support timely order processing

Order Entry - CSR

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of customer service, order entry, or customer account support experience preferred
• ERP or order management system experience required;
  Epicor experience is a plus
• Manufacturing, distribution, product-based, or order management background strongly preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with accurate data entry and attention to detail
