Grand Rapids Community College is seeking a part-time Ticketing and Guest Services Assistant for Spectrum Theater in Grand Rapids, MI. You will assist with ticketing, concessions, and usher duties, ensuring a welcoming guest experience during performances.
The role requires availability for predetermined evening and weekend shows, including Thursdays to Saturdays 6–10 PM and Sundays 1–5 PM matinees. Training for Ludus will be provided, and strong customer service is essential.
