Clicki is seeking a hands-on Customer Success Specialist in Grand Rapids, MI. You’ll onboard new customers, integrate their systems, and drive adoption of referral campaigns. You’ll run product training, troubleshoot CRM connections, and maintain strong relationships to ensure measurable results for our home-service customers.
You’ll work directly with small business owners, analyzing performance and guiding them to maximize referrals and engagement with Clicki’s platform.
