We’re hiring a motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grand Rapids. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in a professional, team-oriented environment. No prior industry experience is required.

• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Answer questions and provide helpful information about our product
• Resolve basic customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
• Keep records of customer interactions
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations

• Must be 18 or older
• Able to start immediately
• Reliable transportation to our Grand Rapids location
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales

• Full-time schedule (Monday–Friday)
