Valley City Linen is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, team player to join our team as a Receptionist and Customer Service Representative.

Duties and Responsibilities- Answering phone calls, problem solving and distributing them to the appropriate departments as warranted
- Placing orders accurately and efficiently using our software
- Assisting with employee onboardings - in English and Spanish
- Processing payments
- Assisting with collections
- Special projects assigned by supervisor
- The ideal candidate will be reliable, with a positive attitude and great attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- 401(k) matching
