What You'll Do- Open, transfer, and maintain client accounts
- Process client paperwork, applications, and transactions accurately
- Prepare reports and documentation for advisors
- Assist with appointment preparation and follow-up activities
- Monitor pending business and account activity
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate client records and database information
- Coordinate administrative and operational support for advisors
- Help ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong client service mindset
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Professional handling of confidential information
- Prior office administrative experience required
- Experience processing confidential paperwork
- Experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management preferred
- Experience working with CRM systems or client databases a plus
- Accurate and timely processing of client requests and paperwork
- Outstanding client satisfaction and responsiveness
- Well-prepared advisor meetings and client appointments
- Strong organization of client records and workflows
- Reliable follow-through and proactive communication
