Service Coordinator

As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a Service Coordinator to provide excellent customer service to our customers seeking coordination of after-market service and warranty work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding in a timely manner to service calls and service orders from outside vendors, account managers, and web-based requests, coordinating the necessary parts and services as needed.
• Setting up site surveys.
• Responding to requests for warranty work and coordinating parts and repairs associated with warranty requests.
• Maintaining professionalism in all verbal and written communications.
• Maintaining a high level of integrity and work ethic.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 2 years' relevant experience preferred, or equivalent experience and education.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
