• $25,000 Total Commitment Bonus: $25,000 signing bonus for a 2-year commitment

• Relocation Reimbursement

• 3–6 Month Daily Guarantee Period (to support a confident transition)

• Private Practice Model: PPO & FFS only (no HMO / no Medicaid)

• Full-time, W-2 with excellent benefits + long-term partnership path

• Schedule: Mon–Thu 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Fri 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2

• Compensation: Competitive percentage of collections (tiered/progressive)

• Locations: Grand Haven–based with light travel between nearby offices (Holland, Muskegon, Grand Haven)
