This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Grand Rapids, MI, for a Landscape Design/Project Lead. The role involves overseeing landscape design projects from inception to completion, collaborating with clients to implement tailored solutions, and supervising the team during landscape maintenance, construction, and installation activities. Additional responsibilities include managing timelines, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining ongoing client communication to meet project goals effectively.

• Proficiency in Landscape Design and Landscape Architecture
• Hands‑on experience with Landscape Construction and Landscaping
• Strong skills in Landscape Maintenance and upkeep
• Effective leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain open client communication
• Knowledge of local planting, environmental regulations, and sustainable landscaping practices is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a degree related to landscape design, architecture, or a related field is advantageous
• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to the Grand Rapids, MI site
