As a Senior Architectural Designer at Fishbeck, you will:

• Lead design concept development
• Guide projects from vision through realization
• Mentor and elevate other designers
• Influence outcomes and build strong client relationships

• Lead planning, programming, and design efforts on complex projects
• Develop compelling design concepts aligned with client goals
• Guide projects through all phases
• Mentor architects and designers
• Present design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders
• Lead design discussions across multidisciplinary teams
• Oversee visualizations, renderings, and presentations
• Collaborate with engineers and consultants
• Support business development efforts
• Build strong client relationships
• Help evolve design culture and standards

• Passion for design excellence and continuous growth
• Proven leadership and ability to elevate design quality
• Strong conceptual thinking
• Knowledge of building systems and coordination
• Confidence in presenting ideas
• Collaborative mindset
• Experience mentoring and leading teams
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Professional degree in Architecture or related field
• 10+ years of experience and licensure preferred
