What You'll Do

• Lead projects from programming through construction administration
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams
• Mentor emerging architects
• Balance design creativity with technical excellence
• Help shape projects that positively impact schools, healthcare environments, workplaces, and communities

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Architect preferred
• 8+ years of architectural experience
• Strong Revit proficiency
• Experience leading commercial, healthcare, education, or institutional projects
• A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others and building long-term client relationships
