Physician Anesthesiology West Michigan

Michigans largest health system is seeking full-time and part-time anesthesiologists for our dedicated and rapidly growing department located in West Michigan.

What makes this job unique:

• At Corewell Health West, you will find a full spectrum of practice settings within one department including high acuity shifts in our qua ternary level 1 trauma center or outpatient-focused care in one of our Ambulatory Surgery Centers. We also staff critical access rural hospitals.

• We offer the ability to work OB shifts in a top Maternal Care hospital in the state.

• We have openings to join our innovative acute pain service for those who enjoy regional anesthesia. Regional fellowship training welcomed but not required.

• Our OR cases range from bread & butter outpatient procedures to liver resections, awake craniectomies, and advanced robotic surgery. There is truly something for everyone!

• And because we know balance matters, we proudly offer 10 weeks of time off and prioritize work-life harmony

• A variety of on-call opportunities available including in-house OR & OB call, home call, and call opportunities at different locations based on your interests.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive compensation (up to $594k+) plus starting bonus of $100K

• Annual incentives/bonus structure

Qualifications:

• Required Doctorate (MD/DO)

• Anesthesiology Board Certification/eligible

• LIC-Physician (MD) -  State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or

• LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) -  State of Michigan Upon Hire required

• CRT-DEA Registration -  State of Michigan Upon Hire required

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required

• CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
