We’re seeking a passionate and driven Per Diem Physician to join our Palliative Care team in Muskegon, Michigan

Opportunity Details
- Position Type: Per Diem (0.0 FTE):
Inpatient consulting service focusing on goals of care and complex pain management and opportunity to assist in growing outpatient palliative care oncology services. - Schedule: As needed; minimum of 3–4 shifts per quarter
- Location: Muskegon, Michigan
- Specialty: Palliative Care
- Teaching Opportunities: Yes – Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
- Call Requirements: No call

Requirements
- Palliative Care Fellowship
- Physicians: Board certified or board eligible (must become certified within two years)
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
