The Enrollment Coordinator (Temporary) role is highly focused on providing excellent support and service to our school office teams. The position is critical to enrollment success and includes managing system issues, addressing compliance concerns and familiarity with the enrollment process from start to finish. The responsibilities are broad and require a fine balance of focus and flexibility, process and creativity, and tactical thinking with an understanding of goals and strategies.

- Approve and process applications for new students
- Assist families with registration and processing enrollment forms
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and emails promptly
- Quickly and thoroughly respond to website inquiries
- Perform data entry by accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of information
- Provide temporary enrollment support to schools
- Provide remote guidance and direction to school offices as needed
- Provide ongoing high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Research and communicate sensitive legal and custodial issues as applicable to enrollment
- Assist Managers and Specialists with special projects and enrollment initiatives
- Support other teams with enrollment-related processes and needs.

This is an in-person position at our NHA Service Center located at 3850 Broadmoor Ave., Grand Rapids, MI.
