Position: Floater Teacher (Part-Time and Full-Time)

What You'll Do as a Floater Teacher
  • Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Support the social and emotional development of each child.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with families.
  • Collaborate with lead teachers and assist in classrooms across all age groups.
  • Step into various classrooms as needed to support daily routines, planning time, and special activities.
Qualifications
  • A genuine love for working with young children.
  • Empathy, patience, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to different classroom environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely handle children as needed for classroom care and safety.
  • For Infant and Young Toddler classrooms: must be able to properly lift and place infants into and out of cribs.

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
