Job DescriptionMath Teacher West Catholic High School is looking for a full time Michigan secondary certified Math teacher for the school year. The position is not discipline specific, and may include teaching any of the following: pre algebra, algebra, geometry, algebra II, pre-calculus, statistics, or personal finance. The following are characteristics of an ideal candidate:
- Holds an undergraduate major or a Master's degree in Mathematics
- Current Michigan Professional Teaching Certificate in Mathematics
- Exhibits a passion for mathematics in an applied and real-world setting
- Champions student growth in a Catholic school environment
- Demonstrates a commitment to lifelong learning
- Proficiency with usage and integration of technology
- Practicing Catholic preferred
