- Manage prospective student communications and engagement strategies using the College’s CRM system; monitor data trends to increase enrollment completion.
- Coordinate secondary admission processes, ensuring students complete required steps and are placed appropriately.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date knowledge of program requirements, secondary admission procedures, and transfer pathways.
- Guide prospective and current students through key enrollment and academic processes, including application steps, orientation, and progression milestones.
- Meet individually with students to assess barriers, develop success plans, and connect them with appropriate academic and support resources; track progress and follow up as needed.
- Monitor academic performance and course completion data; use information to implement targeted interventions and success strategies.
- Collaborate with students to build personalized completion plans that integrate skills such as time management, organization, test‑taking, and coping strategies.
- Work with faculty, program directors, department heads, and advising staff to evaluate program needs, identify growth opportunities, and align enrollment practices with workforce and transfer demands.
- Assist in developing and implementing apprenticeship and work‑based learning opportunities that align with academic outcomes and career goals.
- Support student preparation for employment and transfer by facilitating networking opportunities, reviewing professional materials, and sharing job search tools.
- Contribute to the development of print and digital resources that support career exploration.
- Participate in faculty and staff meetings to review student success data and support strategies for specific populations.
- Lead and participate in student support sessions that connect students with information and resources related to academic pathways, career options, and transfer opportunities.
- Collect, analyze, and contribute data to annual reports, grant submissions, and accreditation documentation.
- Supervise student employees, including task delegation, training, and performance evaluation.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with students, faculty, and staff via email, phone, and in‑person interactions.
- Convene meetings with various student service departments to ensure accurate dissemination of program updates and changes.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance to ensure continuity of service and program operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience: Two or more years in admissions, student services, secondary admissions programs, or a related field.
Knowledge of Health Programs: Cardiovascular Technology (CVT), Dental Auxiliaries (DA & DH), Exercise Science, Occupational Therapy Assisting (OTA), Imaging Sciences (CT, MRI, EEG, RAD).
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, public speaking, organization, multitasking, event and program planning, and presentation skills.
Physical Demands- Mix of seated office work and active off‑campus engagements (driving, standing at information tables for 2–3 hours).
- Heavy computer use for communication and documentation.
