Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time position for the 2026–2027 school year in the greater Grand Rapids, MI area.

Service Area: Instructional support, IEP collaboration, progress monitoring
YourKey Responsibilities
- Provide academic support to students with IEPs in a resource setting
- Develop and implement instructional strategies tailored to individual learning goals
- Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress
- Participate in staff meetings and school-wide initiatives
- Passing score for the Michigan Test for Teacher Certification (MTTC) exam
- Fingerprinting and background check required before start
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for inclusive education and student-centered practices
