Adjunct Instructors for Fall 2026

Apply for in‑person adjunct instructor positions for the Fall 2026 semester at the University of Olivet. Positions are part‑time, with most classes meeting twice a week for 15 weeks. Instruction may be delivered in person and via Canvas.

Primary responsibilities: Evaluate and grade students’ class work, assignments, and papers; prepare and deliver instructional materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts; initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions; compile, administer, and grade assessments; participate in required reporting processes (grades, attendance, etc.).
Qualifications: Master’s degree in the specific subject or a related field; or a Master’s degree in a related field with at least 18 graduate credits in the specific field. Candidates should be open to innovation, collaboration, and Olivet’s relationship‑based pedagogy and commitment to inclusivity.
Starting date:
Review of applications will begin immediately and continue as needed. Anticipated start date is August 12, 2026 for optional trainings. Fall semester courses run August 24–December 11, 2026.
