Central Kelloggsville Elementary will support instruction during the 2026-27 School Year. The role requires 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.

• Support instruction within the classroom.
• Create and maintain a positive and safe learning environment for all students.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students.
• Communicate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Relate and work effectively with parents, staff, students, and the public in a multicultural and multiracial community.
• Demonstrate awareness of own cultural identity and how it influences behavior, and seek to learn about others’ cultural identities.
• Establish and nurture an environment that promotes cultural competence and equitable treatment of staff, students, and patrons of the District.
• Recognize the unique individuality of each person while celebrating group cultural heritage.

• 60 semester hours preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• High school or trade school degree preferred.
• High level of organizational skills.
