Minimum starting salary of $55,000 a year
Qualifications:- Valid Michigan teaching certificate required.
- Must be highly qualified to teach Middle School English
- Highly Qualified English Language Arts (BA or BX) endorsements preferred.
- Use research-based practices to deliver high-impact instruction
- Have the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate and alsouse data to drive instruction - specifically to adjust instruction to students reading below grade level
- Understanding of the 5 Big Ideas of Reading
- Experience with EL students preferred
- Perform other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
- Reaching
:

Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. - The worker is subject to environmental conditions.
- The worker should provide consistent and reliable attendance.
