Wedgwood Christian Services is seeking an Education Specialist Aide to support educational and residential care within the Boelkins Program for youth ages 10–16. You will bridge classroom and residential environments, promoting academic engagement and positive behaviors.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team and help youth build skills, confidence, and social success in a trauma-informed setting while supporting teachers and residential staff throughout the day.
