Job Description
This position will be covering our Substitute Office Staff.
SummaryThe Substitute role is an on-call, as-needed position. Opportunities to substitute will vary depending on the absence of a teacher.
Duties and Responsibilities- Execute a lesson plan assigned by the teacher.
- Provide clear instruction and assist scholars in understanding a subject matter while maintaining discipline and control of the classroom.
- Demonstrate moral focus and personal values to all stakeholders.
- Be a self-starter with effective classroom management skills, strong leadership, and a passion for educating students.
- Must meet state requirements for being a substitute.
- Possess the Tyler Test.
