Medbio, LLC is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support production, project, and process engineering for injection molding and assembly operations. This role focuses on sustaining production, driving process improvements, supporting new product launches, and ensuring compliance with ISO/FDA and GMP requirements.
What you’ll do- Improve efficiency, quality, and safety of production processes
- Support new and transfer products from quote through launch
- Develop specifications, BOMs, validations, and PFMEAs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, and Engineering
- Provide guidance, training, and technical leadership
- Engineering degree or 3+ years relevant experience
- 2–3 years in plastic injection molding
- Strong GD&T, PFMEA, and blueprint reading skills
- Knowledge of automation, ISO/FDA, and GMPs
