The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $104,541- $140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

• Translate project contractual technical requirements into deliverables and tasks for the engineering teams (including design/layout, emulation, order entry, drawings, and commissioning).
• Identify needed resources across engineering teams and with external suppliers.
• Assign tasks to appropriate teams and coordinate all activities across Engineering, CoEs, Software departments. Ensure a high degree of quality of output for all deliverables and the entire solution via adherence to established standards for processes, engineering quality, and standard work.
• Monitor and manage project and team performance and ensure KPIs are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for project management, installation, procurement, external suppliers, and manufacturing, regarding all engineering deliverables.
• Ensure accuracy and completion of all necessary specifications for third‑party components, resale, etc. Liaise with ME/CE Leads as needed to ensure completion.
• Create project status reports, financial forecasts, and schedule updates. Support the project manager in risk management and risk mitigation actions by documenting, escalating, and managing project risk and preparing PSR and PVRs.

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a closely related field and 5 years' experience as a Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineer or closely related occupation in the material handling industry.
• Also requires 2 years' experience with LPA Sortation or Zone Route ; CET (Dematic);
  AutoCAD; FMEA;
  Time Study, Six Sigma, and Process flow; JIRA ; CAD, FEA, rapid prototyping, and validation testing;
  Project management including risk management, project planning, and budget/cost management; solutions and technologies including DMS, MCF, DiQ, Matflo, AWCS;
  Safety:
  Regular Dematic Safety Training and OSHA 10, BBSO, Safety Audits; and Product development: DFSS. Also requires Lean Six‑Sigma Yellow Belt Training (or higher).

Up to 25% travel to various unanticipated job site locations in the U.S or Canada. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Dematic Corp. headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI. Apply at
