• Lead project teams in the study, design, and construction of projects, primarily municipal with some private development work.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor other engineering team members in technical and project management tasks.
• Participate in business development activities, including researching potential market and project opportunities.
• Prepare work scopes, budgets, and project interviews.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
• Michigan P.E. registration.
• 10+ years of professional design experience in roads, stormwater, water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, and site grading.
• Experience in project and client management.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative, and able to work in a professional hands‑on environment.
• Excellent technical writing, organizational, and communication skills.

• Michigan Licensed Professional Land Surveyor.
• Professional licensure in surrounding states and/or ability to gain additional licensure.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying.

• Ability to draft proposals and provide client budgets.
• Experience managing projects, clients and staff.
• Experience reviewing and signing/stamping project deliverables.
• Experience with construction staking, ALTA/NSPS, boundary and topographic surveys.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Auto Desk Civil 3D, Star
