The company specializes in advanced automation systems and custom machinery, mainly within automotive manufacturing. They design, build, ship, and install bespoke equipment for customers across a range of manufacturing environments.
In this role you’ll split your time between controls design and hands‑on machine work. You’ll be involved with hardware design, PLC programming, debugging, commissioning, and supporting machinery on the shop floor.
This role would suit a Controls Engineer with automation experience looking for technically interesting work, lots of overtime, and long‑term progression into project management or leadership.
The Role- Full lifecycle controls engineering role

- Mix of desk‑based design and hands‑on shop floor work
- Experience with in automation or custom machinery
- Comfortable debugging and developing systems from scratch
