Key Responsibilities Coordinate project activities and support project execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements.
Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related customer communications and documentation.
Support project planning efforts, including schedule development, tracking, and status reporting.
Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, and schedule impacts as appropriate.
Assist in managing project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking activities.
Coordinate project meetings, maintain action item logs, and ensure timely follow-up on commitments.
Support contract review and change management processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Ensure project documentation is maintained and completed in accordance with company standards.
Participate in project closeout activities and transition support to service and operations teams.
Additional Responsibilities Support compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, operations, and customer teams to facilitate project execution.
Assist in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation plans.
Provide regular project updates and status reports to management and stakeholders.
Help resolve customer concerns through effective communication and coordination with internal teams.
Participate in lessons learned reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain project schedules, records, and reporting tools throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications Experience coordinating or managing projects in a manufacturing, industrial, logistics, engineering, automation, construction, or related environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
Experience tracking schedules, budgets, and project deliverables.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% as required to support customer and project needs.

Ability to build effective working relationships across functional teams.
Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with automation, material handling, manufacturing, or distribution operations is a plus.
Travel Requirements Travel up to 50% to customer sites, project locations, and company facilities to support project execution, meetings, installations, testing, and key project milestones.
